How do I get my Apple Account reactivated after being locked?

Hi All,

I received error messages stating, “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” and “You cannot login because your account has been locked” (reference: https://support.apple.com/HT208856). I am deeply concerned and frustrated by the lack of clarity regarding this issue.

After speaking with Apple Support via chat and phone, I was informed that my account was disabled due to a terms of service violation. However, neither representative could specify which terms I allegedly violated. I have thoroughly reviewed the Apple Terms and Conditions provided, and I am confident that I have not breached any policies. I have always used my account responsibly, with no history of misuse, unauthorised access, or payment disputes.

As a loyal customer for over a decade, I rely heavily on my Apple ID for iCloud, App Store purchases, and other services tied to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. The sudden disablement has caused significant inconvenience, and the lack of transparency is making me feel unfairly targeted..

I hope someone from the community might know who I need to contact since Apple support is clue-less. :( ?
