2024 Mac mini not an option for trade-in program

I'm looking to buy a Mac Studio and trade in a 2024 Mac Mini.

In the purchase process on Apple's website, the trade-in option asks for the serial number of what you want to trade in, which I provided. Strangely, it then asks what kind of Mac I am trading in (you would think this would all be embedded in the SN).

Anyway, when I then select "Mac Mini", you get a list of choices, none of which is a 2024 Mac Mini M4. If you click "other", you are told your Mac should be recycled.

Is there any way around this, or should I just head to eBay?
