How do I fix the Passwords app stuck on one password after 18.4.1 update on iPad?

The passwords app is stuck on one password. I have turned off the iPad and back on and it is still stuck. By that I mean there is no way to go back to the starting screen. My IPhone is okay.

This worked for me, but you need to go to split screen (if it isn’t enabled, go to settings, multitasking and gestures, and turn it on) and once in split screen (3 dots top centre), swipe to close passwords. It should open properly after that. Thank you sigma 12g.

Just experienced this issue for the first time. I was getting ready to remove and reload the app when I saw this forum and decided to try the three buttons at the top of the page. Slide and split didn't do anything, but I hit the close button then reopened the app and voila, Password opened to the home screen. Hope it works for y’all. Thanks for the help!
