Why is my Password app showing a blank screen on my iPad?

When I open the password app on my Ipad 7th gen I get a blank screen. The app works filling in passwords but not when I go in by opening the app. I am current on all my updates.

Try deleting the Passwords App from your iPad (don't worry, your saved Passwords are still safely stored in iCloud).

Remove or delete apps from iPad - Apple Support

Having removed the Passwords App, restart your iPad:

Force restart iPad - Apple Support

After the iPad restarts, re-install the Passwords App from the App Store:

Your Passwords are not saved within the Passwords App. The App simply replaces the Passwords interface previously accessed from iPad settings.

The Passwords App will not delete your saved Passwords - these being synchronised with iCloud. The App is simply removed. Touch-and-hold the Passwords App icon to expose an Action Menu - and select Delete.
