AirPods Pro 2 hearing test unable to classify

I have tried to do the hearing test on my AirPods Pro 2. I get unable to classify. I have tried at least 8 times. I have a iPhone 16 Pro Max with FW 18.5. Air pods are FW 7E93.

Why can't I find the Hearing Test on my AirPods Pro 2? I have the latest iOS for my phone and correct 7B19 for my AirPods Pro 2 (model A3048 from Costco). I cannot for the life of me get this hearing feature to appear. When I open the AirPod menu, “take a hearing test” is nowhere to be found. It’s not in my Health app either. I restarted my phone as well with no luck. Tried “forget my device” and repairing with my phone. And they are in my ears when I’m trying all this as well. What am I missing? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
