I have the new AirPods Pro and I'm running iOS 18.1 but there is no hearing test available under the AirPods on my iPhone 16 pro
It has to be AirPods Pro 2. I had the same issue and talked to Apple. I had location turned off on my IPad, as soon as I turned location on, the option popped on.

I meet all requirements, have updated to iOS 18.1, I have location services turned on, the model number of my AirPods is A3047 which says it is an AirPods Pro 2 (my box only says AirPods Pro). I do not see the hearing test in settings for my AirPods Pro. Below “noise control” I have “press and hold airpods”
How can I get to the hearing test?
