Trying to consolidate Music Library in Apple Music (Windows)

Hi,

I’m working with Apple Music after nearly 20 years of using ITunes to manage my downloaded-and-ripped music collection, which I currently play through an IPod Touch. ITunes stopped working a few weeks ago, and I just figured out that I forgot to check “copy files to Media folder when adding to library” when I started adding new stuff to the IPod via Apple Music.

I want to consolidate the files that are currently in various download folders so that everything is in my old ITunes Media folder, which I keep on an external drive.

I can’t find the Consolidate function that Google and old Apple forums say is part of the “Organize Library” tab. Is there a way for me to consolidate these files?

Thanks!

iPod, iOS 15

I should clarify that some recent files are in C-Music-AppleMusic file, others in C-Downloads AND a C-Documents-FileshareDownloads folder.

When this would happen in Itunes, I could just consolidate everything to the D-Itunes-ItunesMedia-Music folder. I'd REALLY like to be able to do this with Apple Music if Apple is removing music functionality from Itunes.
