Why can't I play Apple Music on my Sonos device?

I have used my Sonos One and Sonos 3 successfully with Apple Music. However, when I went to update my system to the latest Sonos app, my ability to hear Apple music was stopped. I can no longer migrate Apple Playlists to the Sonos devices and I'm not getting any music from the Sonos app either. I called Sonos customer service and they said I need to contact Apple. What's up?

I can currently play about 50% of my apple music library through Sonos...which is my entire home audio system. I just got off the phone with a Senior Advisor(brian) from Apple who says he has absolutely no idea what I am talking about...it only takes 10 seconds to search on the internet and find high levels of frustration with this issue. Half of my library is not encoded correctly...but Apple is claiming it has no idea why...spent hours on the phone with Sonos and their final statement is that Apple does know about this current issue and is looking for a fix... Can someone please stop passing the buck and give apple music subscribers their money's-worth for the streaming service???
