How to prevent Safari from automatically deleting browsing history on iPhone?

I’m having a few issues with Safari. It keeps deleting my history without me asking it too. It’s happened twice now. It just deleted a period within a day and the other it deleted my

whole history. I need this data to be able to work effectively. Anyone else having similar issues or know a solution?

I’m not in private browsing, i do have screen time enabled but not the content and privacy restrictions turned off. my device is also managed by my employer but the other device I’ve got that is the same hasn’t had the same issue. Could really do with an answer on this. It’s very frustrating
