How can I see all my open tabs in Safari 18.4?

I had the same issue after the latest macOS update. I asked about it here: How do I fix Safari not showing all my ta… - Apple Community

Hopefully, they will fix this in the next update.

That's a lot of tabs! Am using an earlier MacOS version on my Mac, so this may or may not work for you:

In Safari > Click "View" (top menu bar)> Click "Show Tab Overview" . (You can then click "Hide Tab Overview")

If you wish:

Click "Window" in the top menu, to access more Tab controls ( & their keyboard shortcuts).

Seems the more feedback Apple receives on an issue, the more info. Apple has on which models, and which OS versions are affected, and the more likely the issue will be addressed in a future update. All feedback is carefully read and logged:
