Not receiving responses from subscribed questions

I see to possibilites in your inquiry:

—As for written responses to specific questions, this is a user-to-user forum setting where volunteers—not Apple— respond on a time-available basis. It is estimated that, worldwide there are over 3 million users of the English-language version of the forums alone, but less than 100 people who routinely spend time here for the purpose of responding to questions. As a result, instant answere are not the norm.

—If you are not receiving notifications of new activity from Apple, there have been recent issues with that function; the moderation team is aware of that.
