Not receiving responses from subscribed questions

I see to possibilites in your inquiry:

—If you are not receiving notifications of new activity from Apple, there have been recent issues with that function; the moderation team is aware of that.

Ok so you subscribe to a thread right? Do you then wish to be notified by email if there are responses?

Ok, check if you have your Preferences configured correctly. Tap your avatar in the top right corner, then tap “Preferences.” Once there, ensure “Following” has a blue checkmark next to it, and if it didn’t have, make sure you press “Submit” at the bottom after checking it off.

If “Following” did have a check mark, then I’d suspect the issue would’ve been whatever the other members were talking about: That there was an issue with ASC sending email notifications at the time you posted.

Could you clarify what you are referring to? Are you talking about threads you subscribed to here in Apple Communities?

If there are no responses that simply means no one from the user to user forum can answer the question. Or if they can, they are not online at that moment and don’t see the question.
