I tried the instructions at:

I ended up with alternate month entries on date for January, saved as a date, so e.g. Tuesday July 15th
What did I do wrong?

I see now I did not proof read carefully enough.
The calendar is for every other month starting in January.
That yielded results that preserved the day of the week in January and resulted in a calendar where instead of the third Thursday in alternate months there were other days of the week with the same date as in the starting month.
Okay, I'm now completely confused. Do you want the event to occur every month? Or every other month?
