Unable to install apps from App Store in macOS

I have issues installing apps from the app store. For instance, whenever I try to install an app:

1- click get

2- click install

3- it shows a pop-up with only cancel option (image below)

Please help me resolve the issue. Thanks!

I have tried signing out from the system, restarting it, reassuring my payment methods, and adding another card just in case. But nothing has worked so far.

From my understanding, this issue only occurs for the new apps. My past apps which I deleted, can install without issues.
