Famliy sharing not working

My spouse recently got a game that must be purchased to download. It is available for family sharing, but I cannot see any of her media or purchases in family sharing. I've followed all the steps on the support pages; I'm signed in with the right account, updated iOS, etc. but the content just isn't there.


How can I access the shared content?
