Unable to add a valid phone number on my Apple Account

I am not able to add a valid phone number despite multiple attempts. The error shows "Please enter your phone number"

Tried with and without the country code as well

App Store not accepting my 10 digit phone number I have change the country region to singapore and then i swith back to india and in billing address when i am entering phone number it is accepting only 9 digit and my number is of 10 digit so worried what to do please help

Setting up new apple id When setting up new apple id, the phone number is automatically populated. I receive message that phone number is verified but then see error in red "the phone number must be a 7-digit number. the phone number area code must be a 3-digit number". The phone number is correct with 3 digit area code and 7-digit phone number and the region is set to United States.
