App Store not accepting my 10 digit phone number

I have change the country region to singapore and then i swith back to india and in billing address when i am entering phone number it is accepting only 9 digit and my number is of 10 digit so worried what to do please help

Change Billing Address

First of all, it is a Phone Number and not a Mobile Number (See the Pic above)
1. Fixed-line or landline numbers are at most 8 digits long. Telephone numbers in India - Wikipedia
Secondly, this field is optional and not mandatory.

Change Shipping Address
