I have a 15 pro with IOS 18.4. I use the phone both siri and general in german language. But i can not see Apple Intelligence. I have same settings for my Macbook air but i can use Apple Intelligence without any problem. Only difference is that i bought my phone in Iraq and my macbook air in Turkey. Why i can not see apple Intelligence on Settings?

I have found the answer. I have bought my iphone in Iraq but the phone was first in China selled and apple intelligence is not active in phones which in China selled.
Apple Intelligence is not shown in Settings menu on my iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 18.4
