I have seen responses to others telling them to uninstall Apple Music on their PC to get back to iTunes as a solution. Questions: How will deleting Apple Music on my PC affect my ability to benefit from Apple music on my PC then, and will it affect any of my other devices service? You don't. It is considered part of macOS from Catalina onwards. You don't have to use it. If you find it opens unbidden (usually something Bluetooth related I think) check out https://github.com/tombonez/noTunes.
