How to resolve Family Sharing issues for Apple TV show purchases?

I have family sharing set up across multiple devices

I am trying to share TV show purchases with a family member. On their device (iPad, 18.3.2) sharing page under my library only shows Movies and Genres. It does not show TV shows.

Have power-cycled device several times, no help.

Works fine for other family members (i.e., is showing TV shows on the Famly Sharing tab).
