I recorded a super important video on my phone but it was in CarPlay mode in my car. Now the video has no sound. How do I extract the sound?? iPhone 13 Pro

If you don't hear any audio, then it didn't record any and there is nothing to extract.
If you want to record a video, you can't do it when in CarPlay. You need to disconnect from CarPlay. I'm surprised you were even able to get video but not surprised there was now sound.
