I've checked support.qardio.com with Qualys SSL server test and it replies back with the IP addresses, with this error message: (Failed to communicate with the secure server). Additionally I checked the IP addresses 216.198.53.2 and 126.198.54.2 with AbuseIPDB and they are clean. The IP addresses are owned by Zendesk Inc, and a traceroute and ping both work without issues.
My browser indicates "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" This is related to their SSL certificate. Store.qardio.com is the main website and it is hosted by a different content provider and simply provides a redirect to support.qardio.com. Could be something as simple as a certificate update gone wrong.

That sounds like a Qardio issue, especially if you're trying to log into your account through a browser. I'd start by contacting their support.

Qardio obviously has some sort of issue. There website, though pretty, is terrible. It gives little to no contact information. There is an option way down toward to the bottom of the page to "Book a call." You might try that.
Their business is struggling after already filing for bankruptcy protection in the Netherlands. This was before a similar outage on their servers. Hopefully with the assets and patents they own, some company will come a long and buy them out or at least take on a controlling share of the company for a bail out.

That's too bad.
You cannot contact support if you are getting the same message as when you try to sign in.
Have you tried a measurement lately and does it communicate with the app?
I have a comparatively inexpensive Omron cuff for blood pressure. The readings are adequately close to what I get at my doctor's. It syncs nicely with Health.
I contacted support via email as well. We'll see.
