The webpage is not available

Hello. I have literally tried everything I could find on the internet on how to fix this error and I am having no luck. Sometimes I'll be browsing a webiste and then all of a sudden the screen will go black and say, "The webpage is not available". Sometimes I'll get this message right away when I try to go to a site (ex. www.ikea.com). I have an iPhone 13. I am running the latest iOS version (16.1.1). I have cleared the browsing history, cookies, etc. from my Google account and from Safari. This seems to happen only in the Google app on my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this?
