How do I activate FaceTime audio on iPhone 14 Pro?

I had purchased I phone 14 pro from Dubai china made. Face Audio work well but Audio call icon dosen't apper on screen . So Audio function is de-activated . May I know hoe to activate Face time audio ?

You can't. It's banned in China and not enabled when units originally sold there are taken outside it.
