My phone make only FaceTime video call and there is no FaceTime audio

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Do you have a model destined for the Chinese market?

Please check the model number at: Settings - General - About - Model = ???

As FaceTime Audio is banned on those models, that would explain it.
