Option for autoplay turned off in Mac mini

At some point recently on my Mac Mini I turned off the option to autoplay similar songs after a list/album ended in Music & can't seem to find a way to turn it back on. Internet searching makes it seem like that's not actually an option on the desktop app - which is, frankly, stupid if true.

Is that the case? Can I not turn on autoplay on my Mini? How did it get there in the first place? Can I turn it on on my phone & somehow transfer to desktop?
