Why can't I reverse skip songs on Apple Music on Windows?

I was listening to an artist on apple music and wanted to hear a song again and realized i couldnt press the backwards button, i could only press the skip song button. I was wondering if there was something I could do to fix this because I am constantly listening to new bands and it is quite aggravating.
