Apple music autoplay

Just got a new phone and the autoplay on music is off, there is also no option or button available to turn it back on. Somebody else on here had the same question to which support just replied how to turn it on normally, (click on the song you're listening to, go to playing next, and scroll down to autoplay), but again, as the previous question stated….. there is physically no autoplay button. It simply cycles through the repeat options, no autoplay. No infinity symbol, nothing. I would simply like to know how to turn autoplay back on, and no I cannot just click on the autoplay button as there is not one.

This answer is really frustrating, because I have been suffering from this problem for a long time now, and have done tons of web search to find a solution..

The real problem is that THERE IS NO AUTOPLAY BUTTON that looks like the infinity symbol! That button has simply disappeared from the app! All the answers I could find online describe the same method, clicking the mini-player then the 3-lined button to go to the queue and then next to "Playing Next" there should be an autoplay button! well, there isn't!!

Where did that button go is what we all want to know...

Hi klizzy222,

With Apple Music open from the Listen Now tab, tap the bottom of the screen to show the Now Playing screen. From there, tap the icon at the bottom right of the screen that has three dots and three lines. This will allow you to see the queue. At the top, next to "Playing Next", you will see the icon (infinity symbol) for Autoplay.
