Delete city from weather app
I’ve tried deleting a city from my weather app using instructions previously listed here. I still cannot delete one of the cities.

What do you mean by delete a city? Is this a location you saved as a favorite? If you mean a city you've saved as a favorite, when you open the weather app, look for the icon with three lines with a * in front of them at the bottom right of your screen. Tap that. Your saved cities will appear, and all you have to do to remove one is swipe it from right to left and tap the trash can. In the list of saved cities, you can also tap the circle at the top with three dots in it, then tap edit and a - sign will appear to the left of each city and tapping the - sign will remove the city.
