External monitor connected via docking station is not working with closed lid on MacBook Air

I'm using docking station when working with my MacBook Air. After update from Sonoma to Sequoia 15.3.2 my external monitor connected via docking station is not working if MacBook lid is closed. It works now only with open lid. But it worked perfectly either way on Sonoma so it's definitely software issue.

I tried to search a solution in the internet but found nothing helpful.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. Before this update, I was able to use the external display with the lid closed when charging, but now it is sleeping.
