I jupdated to latest iTunes. Now iPhone15 will not sync and "devices" does not appear in iTunes menu. How do you sync an iPhone if iTunes does not recognize it? Cord is fine. Versions are all up to date. It worked fine before the update yesterday, March 12, 2025.

Have you installed any of Apple Music, Apple TV or Apple Devices? These will cripple iTunes such that it can only show the audiobooks and podcasts sections of the library, and suppresses all device management functions. If so remove whichever have been installed.
If that hasn't helped try iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. You might also consider rolling back to the previous build of iTunes if you cannot get the current one to work correctly.
