Bounce issue: part of project disappeara

When bouncing my project, a small part of it (like 1 second) disappears. For example, I am listening to the bounced track and from minute 1:30 to 1:31, one of the tracks is gone for a second. When I playback that section in the project, everything is fine! Does anybody have an idea what it could be?
