My new iPad with the Magic Keyboard does not correctly type. I have read all other suggestions, tried them all also updated my iPad latest version. What can Apple do for me ? I feel I should request a refund for this Magic Keyboard! Help please

I’d call AppleCare support before requesting a refund. First, go to the iPad cases section of Apple’s site and select which case you have. Scroll down to ‘compatibility’ and make sure your iPad is on this list.

If by chance your problem is that the individual letters which appear on the screen do not match what is printed on your keyboard, then this may help:

What exactly do you mean by "not correctly"?? There are many things that fit into that vague description which can fixed in seconds by simply changing a setting. So provide some details and we'll see if yours is one of those
