My Magic Keyboard is failing to type
What I mean by it is failing, is that let’s say I am on Safari trying to look something up, it does not type out anything until I close the iPad. And I just bought the new iPad and Keyboard, help??
Since you just got it, you can return either (within a 14-day period), for either a full refund or replacements. If just past that time, I suggest you pay your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider a visit to see if they can assist you with this.
