How can I resolve approved refunds not reflecting in Apple Cash balance?

Had 2 refunds from 3rd party merchants. Never populated in my Apple Cash balance. Saw that “it takes up to 30 days”. I call Apple Cash support and they agree that it never showed in my balance. I get call back from “Apple Technical Support” today saying to call Apple Cash Support for further assistance. I call Apple Cash, Green Dot Bank, get told that they see nothing about this and that it is showing refunded on my Statement and therefore case is closed. I talk to 2 not helpful call center agents, then talk to Supervisor with no ability to get question answered about why I was told differently the day before. I call back, get connected, then the call drops. I’m basically not getting connected to Apple Cash support anymore. Will I ever see my money? Or is it just eaten up now. Will it take up to 30 days to show? Is this all unknown? Is there anyone else who I can talk to about this.

I recently had two refunds approved for some items I returned to third-party merchants. However, those funds have not shown up in my Apple Cash balance. I've been told that the funds should reflect in my Apple Cash balance within 30 days, so I'm waiting to see what happens. But for now, I don't see any reason that the funds wouldn't show up if they're already in my refund history. I just want to make sure I'm not missing any steps here. How can I resolve the issue of not receiving approved refunds into my Apple Cash balance?

This is not an issue that involves Apple or iPhone that needs their participation. Green Dot Bank is a federally regulated institution. Apple can do more tell Green Dot what to do than talk to the man in the moon. 😀

Please get the ARN from the merchant. Then call Green Dot and calmly ask for a supervisor. Tell the supervisor the details, nothing more and nothing less. Please leave out the issues with previous calls etc. to support. This supervisor is your friend. Ask for their help with the refunds and give them the ARN.

Ask for the case number and supervisors name. Ask when they’ll know something. Then let me know what they said.

I will hope that I don’t get the same Supervisor that I got today. I will hope that I actually get my calls answered as I have called and have been disconnected with. Seems like Green Dot knows what is correct and doesn’t want to hear my concerns. I’ll try to be patient most definitely. But I can’t deal with the discrepancy in my previous update to update from call center agents.
