Why is my album artwork missing in Apple Music?

While it happens occasionally in Apple Music that the album artwork does not download, I know I can easily go to "Get Info", then to the second tab "Artwork" and get the album artwork. Easy.

However, sometimes I go to this tab, and there is zero options to get the album artwork (see attachment). I must be missing something on one of the other tabs or elsewhere, but I cannot find what I am missing. Any suggestions?
