How do I prevent FaceTime calls when making regular phone calls on iPhone?

I fixed a glitch where every time I called my husband, it called him on FaceTime. I deleted emails and did all the things which did not help. So I went to “add phone number” and added his phone number again so that it was in there twice! Work and Home I think. Go figure! Ha. Now no more FaceTime.

Calls default to Facetime I have a contact with one cell phone number saved in my contacts as a "mobile" and not "iPhone". When I press call, it defaults to Facetime I have other contacts with multiple numbers. One is saved as "iPhone" and the other number is saved as "mobile". When I press call for this contact, it gives me the option to pick which phone number to call, "mobile", "iPhone", or "Facetime". If I click one of the phone numbers, it calls that number. Why does someone with only one number in my contacts default to Facetime? I tried turning off Facetime but that creates a whole other set of issues. I don't want to Facetime = EVER!

FaceTime not switching from email to phone number on iPhone I have been having people FaceTime me but i am not getting the calls because my receiver is set to my email. When i go into settings to switch from my email to my number and I select my number, it has a loading sign next to the number option that doesn’t stop. How do i get it to change? FaceTime Calls Not Appearing in Recents Hello, I’m having an issue with my iPhone where FaceTime calls are not showing up in my Recents call log in the Phone app. I’ve tried the following steps without success: 1. Ensured FaceTime is enabled in settings. 2. Checked both “All” and “Missed” tabs in the Recents log. 3. Restarted my iPhone. 4. Verified my iCloud account is signed in and syncing. 5. Toggled FaceTime off and back on. 6. Updated my iPhone to the latest iOS version. 7. Reset network settings and checked the FaceTime app directly.
