iPad games lose sound after an ad

Playing a game audio works fine. Then I watch an ad, audio still working in the ad, but when ad is over and it returns me back to the game, audio is out. Game still works fine, just no audio. Ad audio works consistently, but when it returns to the game, audio is off.

ive seen dozens of posts on this and opened a support ticket. Of course the answer was “It’s just you…..check sound settings, delete game and reinstall (note-this happens in EVERY GAME), reboot iPad, update iPS (on the latest!) and factory reset. B/c they are too lazy to actually troubleshoot.

with the hundreds if not thousands of people seeing this-which I explained to “Support “ a bug has to be/have been filed. But they will not do anything further.

this is completely reproducible, at any given time.
