Why does FaceTime not work in group mode on iPhone?

Hi, FaceTime only works for me when I'm talking to one person, it doesn't work in group mode, thanks for your help.

I can't FaceTime with several persons I've got many apple devices but my new iPhone 13 is the only one on which I can't FaceTime with more than one person : I can't call if I select several persons and my iPhone doesn't receive call if it's a group FaceTime.

FaceTime Issues Has anyone else been having lots of issues with FaceTime? Especially Group FaceTime calls? My Mom and sisters like to group FT most mornings and lately we've been having to use FB Messenger Video chat because FT won't let one of us in. It changes each time so it has nothing to do w/ settings or internet speed or whatever. We've done group FT calls for years w/out issue. But the last few weeks have been so bad we've stopped using it. Also, everyone is up to date on their software on their phones. So if there's something we can try to fix this - please let me know. It's been frustrating not to be able to use what we're used to. Thx!!

What happens if you can’t join a FaceTime I can’t start or join a Group FaceTime I don’t know what to do any suggestions?

Group FaceTime and FaceTime Audio are not available in China mainland on iPhone and iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) models.
