Add Spanish (Latin America) as a language for Translate

I’m bringing this up because only Spanish (Spain) is available as part of supported languages in Translate. Even though Latin American Spanish and European Spanish are the same language, they are different dialects with their own words and slang, maybe sometimes their phrases too. Not just that, but their accents and pronunciation are also different. It becomes a struggle for those in Latin America as they won’t be able to understand most of European Spanish.
