Apple's text to speech already provides different voices for Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Spain.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by that? Can you give examples of how you would expect one kind of spanish to be translated into another kind? Or are you talking about something else?

This is frustrating me also. I am doing a presentation, and European Spanish is different than the Spanish spoken in Mexico. There are differences not only in pronunciation, but in phrasing. Hopefully, my audience will understand that my machine only speaks Español de España.
