Missing 'Turn Genius on or off' option in iTunes 12.13.5.3 for Windows

Instructions for turning Genius on/off say to go to File - Library- Turn Genius on/off. My version of iTunes for 12.13.5.3 for Windows 10 Pro doesn't have the "Turn Genius on or off" option. Help!

This problem has now existed for at least a year and a half and each new version cannot solve the problem. If you search specifically here in the forum, you can follow the various postings about all previous program versions. Sometimes nothing happens for days and sometimes - like today - the program hangs as soon as you start it. This is very annoying and extremely irritating. iTunes error msg: The file iTunes Library itf cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes I purchased a new computer with Windows 11. I installed the same version of iTunes used on my previos Laptop with windows 11. When I attempted to watch a movie it just locked up. I have deinstalled and reinstalled several times with the 64 bit version. The iTunes web site would not allow me to download the 32 bit version, even though it is still supported by Windows 11. I deinstalled and searched for an itf file, none was found. Nothing seems to work. Apple this is your app how can we fix this?

Do you have a subscription to either Apple Music or iTunes Match? These services both require Genius, so when they are active that option is supressed. What is the issue you are trying to resolve?
