iTunes

iTunes doesn't retain my library after I shut down my computer The next day when I start my computer and open iTunes everything is gone and creating multiple libraries feature does not work either Hoping to figure out why as I do realize this program is obsolete now that it has become antiquated and replaced with Apple Music

I’d check make sure iTunes is fully updated in the Microsoft store if so then you may want to make sure that you are signed into the correct Apple ID. May also need to authorize or reauthorize your pc for iTunes.
