iTunes doesn't retain my library after I shut down my computer The next day when I start my computer and open iTunes everything is gone and creating multiple libraries feature does not work either Hoping to figure out why as I do realize this program is obsolete now that it has become antiquated and replaced with Apple Music

I’d check make sure iTunes is fully updated in the Microsoft store if so then you may want to make sure that you are signed into the correct Apple ID. May also need to authorize or reauthorize your pc for iTunes.

iTunes for Windows has yet to be replaced. It should function correctly. Your symptoms are not typical.
Do you have any third party security software? Check for hidden files in your iTunes folder. I suspect you may see a growing collection of .tmp files. See also Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash - Apple Community.

Thank You there were all kinds of horrible issues and I just totally uninstalled windows and put in a fresh windows 10 from a tool that microsoft or dell allows you to create I found this to be the best solution as I do not have any 3rd party apps so it was easy this is a 22 year old dellasaurus and it will run windows 10 amazing
To switch libraries double-click the iTunes shortcut on the desktop or click the link in the start menu and then immediately press and hold down the shift key. Keep holding until you see the prompt asking you to choose or create a library.

All is fixed although I still do not know how to create a second iTunes library and access it I installed a new windows 10 to clean out any bugs or viruses
I have a new windows 10 installed to eradicate any issues and everything is fine except I do not comprehend how to create and seamlessly work between 2 iTunes libraries
