After iOS 18.3 update cannot open Brave Browser from App Store states restrictions prohibit access

iPhone 14 Pro was updated to IOS 18.3 during the night. Now Brave, Duck Duck Go and Rumble cannot be found in apps. Attempted to reopen through App Store and it states restrictions prohibit opening. What restrictions do I need to shut off and where are they located?
