Apple Silicon (M chip) no sound on HDMI output after awake from sleep

Hi,

I have a strange problem on my M3 Apple Macbook pro, I can't play any music or video after awake from sleep if it connected to HDMI port (or connected monitor over thunderbolt), There's no sound output from HDMI or thunderbolt ports, if I change sound output to MAcbook own speakers it plays but if I change back to HDMI still same problem occurs.

Only available solution is restart completely but I don't want to it every time after sleep.

I checked Apple forums, there are many questions similar to this but even after 5 years there's still no solution for problem or bugfix from Apple.

Very strange...
