eSIM activation and reactivation issues
I recently got an unlocked iphone 15 and I use Tracfone a small pre-paid phone company run by verizon. It is a monthly plan that reupdates each month and everytime it updates, it deactivates the eSIM (and the phone has no bars and is in SOS mode) and then I often get a push notification to activate my eSIM and then after that I get service back again. 3 times I've had to contact their IT department and get them to reactivate my phone again. Is this a problem with the service provider, the network, or with my phone's eSIM? Would love to know how to prevent loss of service every month and If I just need to switch service providers in order to avoid the lengthy trouble shooting to reactivate the eSIM every month. Thanks!
