How to download music from a flashdrive to MacBook Air using Sequoia 15.3?

I cannot find iTunes. Does it exist on Sequoia?

Playing music from flash drive. I purchased a new MacBook Air 15, and am having great difficulty with migrating files from my PC and also installing iTunes so that I can listen to my own files copied from my own CDs. I left migration running overnight but in the morning there was still 54 hours to go, so I cancelled. A lot of files were copied but I can’t find them. Concerning iTunes the download has been running for over an hour but it still says “Preparing to download”. Any help would be appreciated. I have an iPad and iPhone so I thought it would be easy!

Setting up music library on an M1 MacBook Pro using iTunes music library from a Windows 10 machine I setup my new MacBook running ventura 13.1 and copied my iTunes folder from my old windows 10 machine onto an external SSD. When I try to open the music app on my new MacBook and I select the iTunes library.itl file from the drive, I get the message "The folder containing your music library cannot be found". I have a large music library and would appreciate if someone could advise me on how to access/setup/convert my music library to work on my new MacBook pro. Thanks!

Just to add, beginning with Macs running macOS Catalina, iTunes was replaced by separate apps, namely Music, Podcasts, and TV, with Finder and Apple Devices taking over the device management capabilities.
