Unresponsive iPhone 15 Plus screen

My iPhone 15+ screen frequently goes unresponsive from the Very 1st day of purchase.

The Software is update & no protective screen guard is applied on the device.

i was a sing 11 prior to this but there was no such problem.

whether it needs to be replaced, I wonder.

The 15+ is hardly 20 days old.

Any solutions to this problem?
