How can I slow down the timer?

Every time I go set a timer it goes to way to fast I’m trying to slow it down so I can enjoy my naps

How can I set up sleep timer for BritBox on iPad? I use the "stop playing" timer successfully with Youtube. But when I use it on Britbox, it only cuts out the picture, while the sound continues to play - for hours. Timer on lock screen A second ago the remaining time on my timer showed on the Lock Screen now it won’t, I used this for work constantly to quickly check remaining time, why did it disappear and how do I get it back?

You can’t make a clock go slower or faster. If needed, set the time for a longer time.
