Receiving emails about my iCloud account being closed

Why am I receiving emails stating my account is being closed and my iCloud lost! My payments are being processed and I have lots of unused storage

received email regarding icloud being suspended I received an email that my icloud storage will be suspended I also try to click on notifications on my phone and it wouldn’t proceed

It’s a scam email, delete it. Recognize and avoid social engineering schemes including phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
